As a commercial banker, I was constantly disappointed in the outcomes I was able to deliver to my clients due to the constraints of my organisation.

• Deal with the bank or funder that has appetite for their industry

• Have confidence that funding will be available to support growth plans 

• Know how to negotiate with the bank on its terms 

• Know that their banker has the relevant expertise  to deliver results

And ultimately build a business that  is fun to work on and run.
